Job Summary:

As an Estimator, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing them with information about our services, assisting with inquiries, and ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience throughout their journey with us. Your role will be essential in building relationships with clients and helping navigate them through Dakota Kustomz Body shop experience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person, providing accurate information about our custom car services and products.

- Assist customers with project consultations, understanding their needs, and offering tailored recommendations.

- Process orders, schedule appointments, and manage customer accounts efficiently.

-Create accurate and detailed estimates for the customer and insurance agencies.

- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.

- Collaborate with the sales and production teams to ensure customer specifications are met.

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and product knowledge to provide informed assistance to customers.

- Promote special offers and promotions to enhance customer engagement.

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in customer service or automotive fields is a plus.

- Proven experience in customer service, preferably in the automotive industry.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite.

- Passion for cars and an understanding of Collision and Auto body procedures is highly desirable.
